Booking & conditions of cancellation

The general business conditions of the MAVIDA Balance Hotel & Spa are based on the principle of fairness and mutual trust. If the guest accepts a hotel offer, the travel contract is legally closed. This can be done

• by sending an e-mail confirmation
• by handing out a booking confirmation with a transaction number, with which the booking is stored in the hotel reservations system
• by sending a confirmation directly from the hotel
• by booking through telephone directly at the hotel or a transmitter, e.x. a travel agency with trade representative status.

With a binding booking, we request a deposit of 30% of the complete price. Cancellation of your rooms, suites or arrangement reservation without any fees is possible up to 28 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made between 28 days and 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total price. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, for not arrival ("no-show") or earlier departure as confirmed we charge 90% of the total price.

The indicated percentages refer to the total price.

Eligibility requirements for the review platform raffle

Prices non-redeemable, recourse is impossible. Participating at the raffle you agree a publication.
Voucher can be used depending on availability. The voucher is valid for at most 2 adults in a double room Balance Superior.
