Fully equipped kitchen. (Induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, wine fridge, crockery and glasses, various cleaning products are also available.)
Safe, intercom to the entrance door, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs with cable and Lan connection.
Included services: Shower gel & soap in each bathroom, towels, bathrobe and slippers.
Every day there will be a fresh up by the housekeeping - from the 3rd day of stay a small intermediate cleaning including towel change is carried out.
In addition to the room rate, a final cleaning fee of 450€ is charged per room.
The rooms are located in the annexe / Brucker Bundesstraße 49.
