Harald Kitz is the developer and founder of the haki® philosophy. Born in Carinthia, he has been working internationally as an instructor and business coach for over 15 years and has received numerous awards. He combines physical and mental performance in a unique way. His vision is to “strengthen strengths. ” This principle applies to the treatment of guests as well as to the training of therapists.
About the Treatments
Harald Kitz has set out to carry his haki mehtod out into the world in order to open up effective and beneficial treatments to as many people as possible.
The treatment itself is unique in its form and is carried out by specially trained therapists. All haki treatments have in common that by touching and stretching the body, gentle pressure and tension are derived. The head starts to let go, the whole body gains strength. In this state, one is brought back into harmony with oneself and regains one’s efficiency. Our haki® treatments take place on the massage lounger or in the water (haki® FLOW).

haki® Sacral aims to relieve possible tension in the back between the lumbar spine and the buttocks. The special effect is achieved by gentle pressure, stretching and vibrations, which relax and harmonise the nerves in the lumbar, sacrum and buttocks. Muscles are loosened and the self-healing powers of the body are activated.

Well-being starts at the head.
haki® Stretch & Relax focuses specifically on the shoulder, neck and head area. The guests are consciously made to vibrate with targeted pull, pressure and various stretches. In order to ground the body in the best possible way, some work is done on the feet. The achieved harmony in the nervous and muscular system leads to clear balance and regeneration.

The entire body is brought back into balance from the sole of the foot to the head with the haki® handles.
