We purchase dairy products from Pinzgaumilch, the sausage comes from Zellinger in Upper Austria. The honey is made from our own bees on the 2nd floor. Our organic muesli range comes from Tyrol, the juices come from Austria and the icing on the cake is the pastry that comes from the family bakery Katschner in Pinzgau that uses natural ingredients.
