Origin & Taste
Not only the top quality of local products, but also the personal contact to the supplier is important to us. Only when one actually sees the products in the field can one truly believe in the product and through talking about the harvest, new dishes are born. On the one hand, all of this gives us the good feeling of knowing exactly where our products come from, and on the other hand, it simply tastes better.
Our young, dynamic kitchen team, consisting of two Pinzgauers, loves to breathe fresh air into traditional dishes and to create something new with regional, seasonal products. It's the taste that counts! The passion for the perfect combination of different flavours and the love for cooking reflects in our dishes.
Wine & Water
What would delicious food be without the right fine wine? An extensive selection of Austrian and international wines awaits you in our Weincube, which is located directly in the restaurant. Let our team advise you!
Use regional tap water, treat it and make its surroundings a bottle free zone, instead of buying expensive water in plastic bottles, which also has to be bottled and transported for miles with polluting trucks. This is a clear plus for the CO2 footprint of each of us - and thanks to BWT a plus for a more sustainable taste experience.
